Returns / Exchanges:
We try to make it simple and easy! Please send your product to us in its original box or packaging, fully cleaned, and complete the form on the back of you packing slip (this is the slip that came with your product).
If you don't have your packing slip, simply include a detailed note as to what you'd like to have us do along with your name and order number stating if you'd like to exchange or return the product.
You can ship it back to us via any method you choose. We strongly recommend using an insured method in case your shipment is lost in transit. The Sandal Shed is not responsible for a return or exchange that is lost by the carrier.
Exchanges / Warranty:
If a product doesn't fit correctly or if there is a warranty issue, you can send it back to us for an exchange. Please be aware that replacement sizes are not guaranteed to be in stock, and exchanges may result in a delay in processing. Shipping on most new orders is free, however we do not cover return shipping from you to us.
There is a $5 USD re-ship fee applied to all exchanges once they have been processed.
All returns* will be charged a restocking fee of $5 USD. We do not accept returns for products that are clearly worn unless it is a warranty issue. Returned product that is not cleaned will be assessed on a case by case basis.
